• II Moran

With just 10 tents, Governor’s ll Moran Camp has been intentionally kept as small as possible and embellished with added touches to make this a truly top of the range property. Hidden under ancient trees deep in the forest, the camp boasts an atmosphere reminiscent of the original hunting camps. Lining the winding banks of the Mara River, each spacious tent grants absolute privacy, furnished to a superior standard. Stunning beds are handmade from specially selected wood taken from ancient olive trees and large en-suite bathrooms feature flush toilets, lovely big showers with piping-hot water, as well as a Victorian bath to soap the day’s dust away. Additionally, every tent has an extended veranda. Birds and butterflies abound, elephant wander through the camp, and at night you may just hear a leopard call nearby. During the day meals are served under the giant trees. Enjoy fresh fruit, cereal, and hot-baked breads together with a cooked breakfast prepared before your eyes. For lunch, indulge in a buffet that will satisfy the hungriest appetites and in the evening, deep in the bush, cordon-bleu dinners by candlelight provide a truly unforgettable experience. Game drives and game walks are included in the rate and complimentary wine is served with dinner.
