Situated within the southern section of the Kruger National Park in the exclusive Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Sabi Sabi embraces the most desirable tracts of unfenced ‘Big Game’ country in Africa. Blessed with great bio-diversity of habitat and wildlife, Sabi Sabi grants guests an excellent chance of experiencing close encounters with the ‘Big 5’ and a myriad of other wild animals and birdlife. Qualified game rangers and legendary Shangaan trackers take guests on day and night safaris in open 4×4 Land Rovers, into the heart of the African bush. For the more energetic, there is the daily option of walking trails.
Bush Lodge, fashioned in warm African textures and rich wooden furnishings, sits on the banks of the Msuthlu River. Each thatched air conditioned suite features exquisite ethnic décor in keeping with the bushveld environment. The lodge features artistically designed open courtyards with spectacular wooden carvings by renowned South African sculptors, all created from wood salvaged from the bush.
