• Sabi Sands Reserve

    Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve is located adjacent to the western sector of Kruger National Park, Reserve represents one of the most sought after game viewing areas in southern Africa. It consists of multiple privately owned game reserves, many of them past down through 3 or 4 generations of environmentally conscious families. Their common environmental management program has resulted in unparalleled quality of game.

    Wildlife thrives here, with an extensive checklist of flora and fauna to be found. Aside from the famed Big Five, the Sabi Sand’s 160,000-acre expanse houses 300 tree species, 145 mammal species, and over 500 bird species for guests to observe. Two rivers (the Sabie and the Sand) give rise to its name but more importantly supply the area with crucial water, ensuring one of the most bio-diverse wildlife populations on the continent.

    In addition the high quality of game, private lodges situated in this area afford guests an opportunity to experience the wildlife in a relaxed and uncrowded manner.
